This company was then rebranded and relaunched with all-new products and services, transforming its Trustpilot rating from 1.3 to 4.4 out of 5 in just nine months. The Free Energy Club is another fantastic offering. It allows our electricity customers to refer others to the platform. Refer three customers and get a 10% rebate on your bill’s supply portion. Refer 10 customers and get a 40% rebate. Refer 20 customers and enjoy a 100% cash, tax-free rebate sent to your bank account or as a gift card. This happens month after month as long as those customers remain on the platform.
We’re also excited about our upcoming smart meter app, set to launch in 2024. Currently in beta testing, this app will help customers in deregulated markets unlock additional discounts and savings by shifting their consumption habits.
Our market potential is enormous, with 40 million potential electricity customers in deregulated markets and a projected 5 million community solar customers by the end of 2025. We’re at the forefront of this expansion, ready to seize this wide-open opportunity.
